ExpertVoice is looking for a an Associate Project Manager. We don’t want to think about day one, but day 365 and beyond..
Responsibilities

• Communicates wins, goals, progress, and roadblocks
• Demonstrates active problem resolution in order to ensure smooth execution and timely launch of projects
• Ensures quality of projects they launch
• Eager to learn and driven to become a PM within 6 to 18 months
• Develops and maintains schedules for all projects; regularly reviewing with client and project team
• Participates in department or agency-wide events or task force/committees
• Execute on projects with some supervision working with cross-functional teams including Sales and Creatives
• Demonstrates good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective (i.e. team meetings, in person, phone, email)
• Helpful and responsive to other parts of the company
• Develops cross-functional relationships internally and externally with levels across, down, and up in a respectful and generous manner
• Exhibits strong listening skills
• Manages client assets (digital and physical) with utmost regard, including asset organization within the project folder structure
• Asks for help early
• Team player, providing support and assistance to the broader team as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business, management, marketing, communications, or advertisin
• 1-3 years’ job experience
• All project managers should come to the role with previous work experience that demonstrates their ability to prioritize, multi-task, communicate effectively and manage positive relationships. The requirements are guidelines that may be substituted with demonstrable work history or education.
