Knowledge of Mac OS X file system structures and command line tools

Experience with custodial data collections for eDiscovery and/or forensic processing

Position prefers a bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of equivalent, hands-on forensics, or legal/eDiscovery experience.

Proven knowledge and understanding of industry-standard review and production tools including Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, etc.

Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and mentorship of team members

Design and assist global data/image acquisition processes and standards

Work closely with the Netflix litigation team to develop strategies for efficient and cost-effective document collection and management;

Formulate, interpret and implement e-discovery management policies and operating practices;

Provide consultation and expert e-discovery advice to the legal organization and management;

Manage Netflix’s relationship with e-discovery vendors, including database administration and creation;

At least 7 years of e-discovery experience in a corporate, tech, law firm or e-discovery vendor environment.

ACEDS or similar certification is strongly preferred.

Frequently communicate with Project Managers, document review team members, and Litigation Counsel

Analyze and subjectively review documents for substance and privilege

Develop thorough understanding of factual and legal issues pertinent to project

Pay range: $100,000-140,000 per year (depends on experience).

Required skills, knowledge, and abilities include:

5 (five) years eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions

3 (three) years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects

Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders and team player

Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial)

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred)

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Requires sound working knowledge of legal system and legal principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

An equivalent level of legal training or experience may be substituted with the approval of the COR.

At least two years of litigation paralegal experience required; trial experience very helpful.

Automated litigation support experience valued.

2+ years legal support experience

Experience in document review management would be a valuable addition to your qualifications.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of eDiscovery, demonstrating a solid understanding of its principles and practices.

Certifications in either Relativity or Brainspace would be highly advantageous, highlighting your expertise in utilizing these platforms effectively.

3 to 5 years working as an in-house paralegal or legal operations manager.

Exterro, TAP, and Smartsheet experiences are a plus.

Review platform experiences such as Everlaw, Relativity, etc. are a plus.

Support Lineal’s project management team with administrative tasks including billing, scheduling, reporting, and answering client inquiries

Set and effectively manage expectations for scope and delivery deadlines to internal and external stakeholders

Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine the appropriate course of action
