Echo Tech Full Time Days

Summary

Echo Technologist Under the direction of the Medical Director and the Director of Special Diagnostics, performs technical duties required in a variety of echocardiographic procedures. Echo Tech Operates imaging equipment in compliance with manufacture specifications. Follows protocols for Imaging physician ordered exams. Echo Tech Obtains optimum diagnostic imaging of the heart to aid in diagnosis or progress of disease. Echo Tech Participates in the quality, process and performance improvement initiatives as requested..

Education

Required: Graduate of accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography School

Experience

Preferred: 2 years in ultrasound imaging

Certifications

Required: Registered in ECHO by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing international and BLS.
