Our Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn in Woburn, Massachusetts are located off Interstate 95 and are 11 miles to Boston Logan International Airport. These properties are a short trip to all of the excitement in the greater Boston area. Nearby are Cummings Business Park, Woburn Mall, and TD BankNorth Garden.

The Homewood Suites includes 103 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites that are equipped with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi access, Smart HDTVs, sofa bed and a fully functional kitchen in every guest room so you can feel at home. The Hampton Inn has 132 guest rooms and offers the latest upgrades for value-conscious and quality-driven travelers. These properties share the following amenities: an indoor pool, exercise room and 602 square feet of meeting space.

The Ideal Candidate

• Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
• Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
• Proven ability to drive GSS.
• Strong sales background and established networking skills.
• Effective in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team toward outstanding results.
• Prior GM experience required; Hilton experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in select service hotel operations.

As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord in facilitating a successful business operation through the orchestration of brand training, operational deadlines, providing attention to detail in ordering of supplies and following budget guidelines, as well as networking with city officials as the “face” of this exciting and upscale hotel.
