DescriptionDescription: Provide support for the reimbursement department, and ensure efficient and compliant business processes.

Conduct quality-related activities; to review and approve compliant, consistent, accurately sourced Promotional Materials (PromoMats), aligned to Reimbursement guidelines and Pricing Claims.

Execute tasks and exercise influence as needed to carry out assigned duties that support business goals.

Maintains awareness and demonstrates understanding of ADC Reimbursement Guidelines and content in Pricing Claims Matrix.

Serves as Primary reviewer in Veeva for Reimbursement Department.

Applies knowledge to all marketing materials routed through Reimbursement in Veeva, to ensure compliance.

Provides reasoning and justification in support of Reimbursement related changes to marketing materials.

Assists in preparing and submitting documentation for reimbursement initiatives.

May provide solutions to local problems of low scope and complexity.

Supports project work and acts as community member.

Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.

Work with cross-functional teams.

Work with people from various disciplines and cultures.

Risk Management - Applies basic Risk Management principles to work.

Carries out tasks related to area of responsibility with management oversight.

Works to ensure that actions are on time, thorough, complete, meet the needs of the business and that required standards and/or procedural requirements are met.

SkillsQualifications: Bachelors Degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical technology, pharmacy, pharmacology), math, engineering, or medical fields is preferred an equivalent combination of education and work experience

2-3 years’ experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical products, nutritional’s) preferred

Reimbursement experience is preferred, but may consider quality assurance, research and development/support, scientific affairs, operations, or related area
