Salary: $18-20/hr

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SPECIALIST:

• Take inbound and outbound calls
• Keep track of a queue of titles that need to be obtained
• Send payment demands to dealers on unfulfilled title requests
• Notate customer accounts throughout entire process
• Send outgoing faxes, mail, and email as requested by other departments
• Contact dealers to locate titles
• Sort and scan incoming contracts, mail, email, and faxes
• File documents, titles, and contracts in our records room
• Keep track of conversations with dealerships
• Work with dealer representatives to track down titles and contracts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Previous experience in title management is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to coach and be coached.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers.
