Document Imaging Specialist Jobs

The Role
Document Imaging Specialist ensures all documentation is input and structured correctly within the system.

What You’ll Do

• Complete steps necessary to ensure TMM internal systems and DPS is updated with origin documentation & Reweigh information.
• Manage daily workload and utilize best practices to ensure goals are met daily.
• Reclassifying and editing in OnBase
• Audit received documentation.
• Consistently meet performance metrics as set forth by management.
• Request missing documentation by calling and emailing drivers and agencies.
• Researching documents missing identifying information
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Classifying documents within internal system
• Assist with multiple email accounts to assist internal and external customers.

What You’ll Need

• Attention to detail.
• 1-2 years as Receptionist and/or Data Entry Experience.
• Ability to be precise and thorough in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work under changing deadlines and tasks.
• Possesses ability to multi-task and have successful time management.
• Competence in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, & Database Software
• Ability to think through and make rational decisions.
