Job Summary:

RejuvenX prides itself on having knowledgeable and caring chiropractors to assist patients with injuries and impairments of the neuromusculoskeletal system, including the muscles, nerves, and bones, especially those of the back and neck. The chiropractor will speak to patients to discuss injuries and health concerns, assess their physical condition and lifestyle, order tests, administer treatment, and provide advice about extended care and pain management. You should be thorough, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries and how to treat them.

To be a successful chiropractor, you should be kind and communicative with exceptional active listening skills. You should also be able to analyze symptoms and provide comprehensive treatment or recommend other doctors or specialists if needed.

Essential Duties:

  • Administering holistic treatments, such as spinal manipulation, adjustments, massage, and hot and cold compresses.
  • Providing patients with tips to improve their lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise plans, and stretches.
  • Attending conferences and workshops to keep current with development in Chiropractic care.
  • Referring patients to other doctors or specialists, as needed.
  • Tracking patient information, keeping detailed records of conditions and care.
  • Working with patients to learn about injuries or identify health concerns and create a plan for treatment or management.
  • Using tests, such as x-rays or ultrasounds, to better understand a patient’s condition.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):

  • KPI’s may change at any time per management’s discretion.
  • All KPI’s are recorded on a KPI Report and evaluated monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional medical office environment primarily. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job

  • Speaking: Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
  • Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.
  • Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources, computer screens, and radiology exams.
  • This is an active role. This position requires the ability to be able to lift patients.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Regular hours of work vary due to clinic and patient needs.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Some positions may require specialization in a particular aspect of chiropractic care, such as accidents, sports injuries, the elderly, etc.
  • Ability to analyze patient conditions based on observations and medical tests.
  • 1 year min of Personal Injury Experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments.
  • Understanding of stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary changes that may help patients manage their overall health.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Current Florida Chiropractic Physician license.
  • A commitment to providing the best possible care.

Education Requirements:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
