Highest level position at the distribution center supervising all activities including: planning, directing and coordinating the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories, budgeting, manpower, maintenance of facilities, and overseeing subordinate managers or supervisors. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
• Manage a team of distribution and logistics professionals
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to optimize distribution processes and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of products is maintained
• Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution and logistics processes
