This dispatch position pays a highly-competitive wage of $17-28/hr, depending on skills and experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CSR

As you dispatch HVAC services, your demeanor is friendly and confident. You easily converse with clients on the phone and dispatch calls to technicians. Your primary goal in is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency. Working hard to ensure that customer service expectations are not only met but exceeded, you maximize technicians' time and mileage.

The majority of your workday is spent in the office either on the phone or computer where you thrive in a fast-paced office environment. You inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays via phone communication. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs as conflicts arise. You work hard to keep customers happy and schedules moving efficiently! Company success is due in part to your skills and abilities. You love what you do!

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
• Top-notch grammar and writing skills
• Great customer service skills
• HVAC office experience a plus but not required.
• Can accurately using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Able and willing to sit for long periods of time
• Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and/or HVAC dispatch experience of 1-3+ years
