Dispatcher Jobs

We are currently looking for a Limousine Dispatcher / Customer Service Associate if possible with experience in the limousine / taxi field and advanced customer service skills. Working knowledge of Limo Anywhere software (is a plus but not required), some knowledge of Excel and Words is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Calls
General Limousine dispatching
Customer Service
Requirements and Skills:
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work and make decisions independently
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Able to handle stress and work under pressure
Detailed Oriented
Excellent telephone etiquette
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills a plus but no required
Working knowledge of Limo Anywhere software preferred but not required
Related experience in customer service and / or limousine dispatching preferred
Microsoft Word & Excel Required
Excellent communication skills
Organized and self motivated individual
Professional attitude and team player
Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
