This can be a remote or hybrid position providing you live near a major airport for travel purposes

In this capacity you will ;
· You will be the lead a nationwide sales team for commercial & residential ESS solution.
· Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally, regionally, and nationally.
· Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
· Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
· Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
· Leverage Solution selling through customer needs assessment and alignment with LG competencies and an RTM overview to find optimized solutions and winning projects with customers
· Manage marketing team to cultivate new markets, customers and nurture existing relationships
· Represent LG at industry events building on our brand reputation to deepen existing relationships while building new ones
To be successful you will need ;
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required; MBA desirable.
· Ten plus years of progressive responsibility in sales management, with a proven track record of providing strategic leadership to large multi-channel organizations in matrix environments.
· Solution selling through customer needs assessment and alignment with LG competencies and an RTM overview to find optimized solutions and winning projects with customers
· Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
· Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
· Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
· Proven ability to position products against competitors
· Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Strong capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point) and basic Windows environment.
· Solid general business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L.
· Ability to travel up to 75%

Pay Range: 150,000- 200,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
