We are looking for a Director, People Partners to play a pivotal role in helping managers and leaders across the business implement people initiatives and management best practices to build a high performing and engaged team.


In this role, you will lead a team of People Partners, providing guidance, mentorship and support to run a high performing team that influences all departments across the business. This is a hands-on role and you will be working directly with managers and leaders across the organization.


This role reports to the Chief People Officer.


What you will be doing:


  • Act as a trusted business partner to managers and leaders throughout the organization
  • Partner with recruiting team on staffing needs and talent management
  • Be a thought partner to managers on improving engagement within their teams and implementing action items from engagement surveys
  • Act as a thought leader continuously researching and experimenting with new and innovative people processes and technologies
  • Drive the performance management process including performance cycles and career development to foster a high-performance culture
  • Guide managers through employee coaching discussions
  • Continually promote, reinforce and hold managers and employees accountable to Greenlight’s values
  • Be a resource for employees and your team through listening and coaching them through difficult or challenging situations
  • Champion our inclusive and diverse work culture and partner with managers to develop and deliver against our inclusion and diversity roadmap
What you should bring:


  • Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise in constructively influencing senior business leaders to shape organization strategy, goals and alignment
  • Knowledge of OKR and performance management best practices
  • The ability to contribute to the creation and delivery of employee and manager training programs
  • 8 years of experience in People Operations or HR experience, including at least 3 years in people management roles
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives
