Job Description

The Director of Youth, Young Adult and Campus Ministries of the Department of Diocesan Pastoral Services, as a member of Diocesan Services, is committed to advancing the mission of Jesus Christ, consistent with the core purpose and Gospel values enunciated in the Diocesan Services’ Mission Statement.

The Director of Youth, Young Adult and Campus Ministries directs programs and services for youth, young adult and campus ministries within the Diocese; empowers parish personnel and campus ministers through training and consultation; promotes active participation of youth in the life, mission and ministries of the Church; advocates a vision for youth ministry within the diocese.

The successful candidate will possess Bachelor’s Degree (M.A.) in Theology, or Religious Education, or related field (master’s preferred). Additional youth and campus ministry training or certificates. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in parish or school youth ministry, or as a Catechist.
