DIRECTOR OF SERVICE STRATEGY & OPERATIONS

As the Director of Service Strategy and Operations, you'll be the driving force behind our service excellence by embracing innovation and challenging the status quo. Collaborating with leaders across our organization, you'll ensure our organization is optimized and that the right metrics are measured, discussed, and actioned to deliver consistent improvement in service delivery. Your expertise in strategic planning and operational efficiency will fuel our growth and solidify our position as providing best local service. What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Experience in consulting, operations management, project management, or a related field
  • A visionary leader with a proven track record of challenging status quo and implementing innovative strategies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and performance metrics to drive service excellence
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to executive leadership
  • Strong analytical skills, able to analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
