- Increase sales and revenue in for the resort as well as ancillary areas such as golf and spa.
- Develops and maintains sales and market strategy and annual marketing and revenue plan that is a feasible fit between the revenue objectives, skills and resources and changing market opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience directly managing a majority remote team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep industry connections within the luxury hospitality trade partners
- Collaborative by nature and with strong influencing skills.
- Previous managerial experience in marketing, hotel leisure, wholesaler, wedding and group sales.
- Must have the capacity to travel as needed to trade shows and client events.
- A four-year college degree in hotel administration with heavy emphasis in marketing is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of Hawaiian culture.
- Previous leadership experience in sales and marketing within the luxury resort destinations market.
