As a Director of Retail Development with U.S. LawShield your goal over the next six months is to significantly increase the number of retail affiliates within our portfolio. You will be responsible for knowledgeably and professionally representing the brand while building relationships with new businesses in the firearms space. You will act as a product and brand expert in your region, rolling out the latest programs and benefits to our new and existing partners and supporting them as they implement these programs within their businesses.


Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail account management to be considered for this role. Experience managing a multi-state territory is preferred.

Day-to-Day Duties:


  • Maintain consistent follow-up with our partners to ensure facility growth, answer questions, and provide direction
  • Develop relationships with identified prospective retailers to expand our product reach through advertising opportunities in their stores and online
  • Improve upon existing retail partnerships by highlighting the latest programs and benefits available to them as a partner of U.S. LawShield
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Leadership to identify businesses within your territory that are accessing our ideal customer
  • Continuously look to integrate process improvements and collaborate with leadership to develop means of improving efficiency and effectiveness
  • Travel within the region (approximately 75% of the time) to support retailers
  • Leverage technology, such as Salesforce, to track, report, and advance your relationship building
