Award-Winning hospital with 450+ beds is searching for a Director of Quality and Performance Improvement to join their dynamic team. This teaching facility serves community residents with their state-of-the-art service lines and the Gold Seal of Approval form The Joint Commission for exceptional quality and patient safety.
The Director of Quality and Performance Improvement will have the opportunity to develop their team while collaborating with hospital leadership team. This Leader will also monitor and promote initiatives driving change in culture. Metrics and analytics will play a major role in day-to-day responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this position and one that will be granted a quick interview will possess a Master’s degree, 10 years’ experience working in Hospital Quality and Performance Improvement, and a minimum of 5 years leading performance improvement and corrective action plans.
