Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern (Summer 2023)

Outfit is a fast-growing tech start-up that connects premium brands with top-tier influencers and creators to amplify their marketing efforts. Our team is small, progressive, and committed to delivering impactful influencer campaigns for our clients, which include well-known brands such as HBO, AT&T, Perrier, San Pellegrino, Neostrata, and many more.

We're looking for a career-hungry and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our tight-knit team and support our growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Help recruit, negotiate rates, and onboard influencers.
• Research social media trends and apply learnings.
• Assist our Business Development team with outreach and proposals.
• Support our Business Development team in identifying new sales opportunities and leads.
• Gather insights from influencers and generate Post-Campaign Analysis reports for clients.
• Assist the Campaign Management team in identifying and scouting influencers who are on-brand and carefully curated per campaign.
• Work closely with Campaign Managers to provide assistance before, during, and after campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Advanced office computer skills (e.g., Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Passionate about and knowledgeable in all social media platforms.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to changing environments and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a "can-do" spirit/attitude and able to work as a team.
• Passionate, collaborative, agile, and ambitious about people and culture.

Location and Compensation:

Available to start immediately and commit to at least one 8-hour day per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) for 16 weeks as a summer intern. We can be flexible for the right person.

The internship will be onsite at our office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and the compensation will be $15 per hour.
