Director Of Operations Jobs

Manufactuing company that is looking for a Director of Operations to join their growing team! The Director of Operations is to support strategic and continuous improvement initiatives for different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Interview, hire and lead new candidates to help grow into leadership roles throughout our plants

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
• Five to ten years in a leadership role in a field related to our industry
• Mechanically inclined with strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
