We have partnered with a leading Private label Organisation, who are currently looking to hire a new Director of Operations. This Role is based in New Jersey.

You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Responsibilities

• Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team.
• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.).
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven History of Managing teams successfully.
• Experience in Food production/ Food and beverage or similar product experience.
• Experience in product management.
