Job Description
Position Summary: Director of Operations


Senior Operational Leader overseeing day to day manufacturing and customer experience.


The Director of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of Operations in my client's Midwest facilities to include manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, warehousing, and maintenance. As one of the most senior leaders in the region you will be a key member of the Division's leadership team, helping to establish strategic operational objectives through continuous process improvements, 80/20 principles, supply chain assessment, shop floor empowerment and growth. This position reports to the VP of OPS.


Education/Experience


  • Experience: At least 10+ years of Management experience in an Operations/Manufacturing environment.
  • Education: bachelor's degree - Engineering or Business with Operations Management Concentration, preferred.
