Director of Operations - $135,000 to $150,000
Awesome opportunity to join a growing distribution company in Camp Hill as the Director of Operations. This is a newly created position, based on growth, and will have oversight of all of the company's operations.
This will be a "hands on" type role that will also be involved on the analytical side of things. You would be responsible for supply chain, logistics and quality control. This role will also take part in establishing Supply Chain KPIs and tons of inventory analysis / management. Lastly, this role will act as a liaison to all other departments within the organization.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar. Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is also preferred. Our client is looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in an Operations role.
This is an onsite role, so we will only consider local candidates at this time.
