Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Staff Management:

• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Foster an inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and growth.

Class Scheduling:

• Coordinate yoga classes, workshops, and events.
• Manage schedules, communicate changes, and optimize attendance.

Payroll and Finance:

• Collaborate on compensation matters and manage financial resources.
• Oversee accurate payroll processing for staff and instructors.

Financial Oversight:

• Analyze financial reports to inform resource allocation.
• Develop and manage budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Customer Experience:

• Implement feedback processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional service for clinic patients and yoga clients.

Facility and Equipment:

• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Maintain clinic and studio facilities and equipment.

Marketing and Growth:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and expand outreach.
• Identify avenues for business growth and community engagement.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Adapt to evolving guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Uphold healthcare and safety regulations for operations.

Qualifications:
