Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Director of Housing Operations is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive university housing operation. The incumbent will provide leadership for developing responsible, effective and ethical business practices. The incumbent is responsible for the oversight of the daily operations for the central housing office. The incumbent exercises a high degree of responsibility, judgment, and initiative. The position will develop policies and procedures for housing operations, provide strategic planning for operations, marketing, budgeting, and manage a large auxiliary budget. The position requires knowledge of theories and practices in budget development and forecasting, excellent customer service, and marketing of an housing enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Student Personnel, Business, Finance, or related field is required.
Experience: -Three years of experience in developing, administering, and evaluating operations, preferably in Housing

• The ability to supervise, motivate, and direct staff while providing organizational leadership

• 10% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned - ()
• 40% - Oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of housing operations - ()
