Director Of Operations Jobs

Director of Operations position with an established company. In this role you would be based near King of Prussia, but oversee over 10 facilities and their incumbent leaders.

To do this role well, you will need experience in:

• Being a team player, coordinating with other senior leaders
• Managing large plant budgets
• Developing manufacturing strategies
• Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Leading continuous improvement efforts
• Experience with unionized facilities and contract negotiations
• Managing multiple industrial sites

This is an in-person role. There will be some travel to other manufacturing plants. Travel can range from 20 to 50% depending on how you choose to set your schedule with the other plants.

Compensation: 200-230k base, + significant bonus, full benefits
