·Human Resources (Scaling the organization and recruiting individuals who will generate the desired outcomes.

·Understanding of Manufacturing (USA and Abroad)

·Optimizing the organization.Presently use an Infor Visual Software System to model the business.

Business Background on Albion

·Innovative leader of dispensing tools since the 1930’s when we patented the first smooth rod dispensing tool (caulking gun).

·Manufacture tools both in Taiwan and the USA, to Albion’s engineering teams drawings and specifications.Enables us to ensure a higher level of quality and reassure the customer we can solve their problems.No other dispensing tool company is set up like Albion.

·Albion partnered with Milwaukee Electric Tool Company to introduce in 2001 the first commercial grade cordless dispensing tool.Since then, we have made improvements and now operate off the 18 and 12 volt Lithium Ion platforms.This also allows our customers the ability to find power anywhere in the world, and sures them of a high-quality tool.

·We feel our turnover has been below industry standards due to the culture we maintain and the fact that every employee is made to feel their part in the Albion team makes a difference.
