Director Of Implementations Jobs

The Director is responsible for providing project implementation leadership, oversight, and direction for the implementations team. The role requires a keen insight into product offerings, best practices, and calls for deep collaboration and partnership with business leadership across Client Services, IT, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements

• Create all new client SOP’s and mapping of existing billing system
• Effectively manage client project master Smartsheet, creating positive impact on project completions and outcomes
• Maintain new client/new services implementation/onboarding within the 60 days or less goal. Monitor and ensure the timeline and success of all go live processes through effective project management
• Contribute to successful achievement of expected client GM
• Identify, manage, and collaborate to effectively problem solve any leading indicators below green for project status or overall client health score of < 90 (volume, backlog, denials, DSO, collection rate, write-off, etc) - Achieve said outcomes using various modes and methods of project management
• Achievement of NPS survey scores in accordance with Prochant’s client promoter goals
• Effectively manage clients within assigned portfolio to green KPI’s
