Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Director of Growth to join the Keller Williams Boston-Metro team! As the Director of Growth, you will be a key member of the leadership team and responsible for driving strategic initiatives to increase market share and profitability. You will be expected to apply creative thinking to target and acquire new clients and to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.


You will also monitor and assess the performance of key initiatives and make adjustments to ensure success. You'll be offered a competitive salary of up to $100,000 plus bonus potential. Join us, and make a difference!
