We are inviting you to apply forFood and Beverage Director. In this position, youdirect and oversee all aspects of food and beverage service and execution in a year-round high-volume environment. This position is extremely hands on and operationally directed. You will have focus in all F&B outlet operations as well as overseeing the beverage program. Our operation features a steakhouse, Italian concept, two meals-a-day buffet, We Proudly Serve concept with scratch pastry, a candy shop, Tex/Mex restaurant, American concept, large banquet business, grab-and-go, heavy QSR, room service and cabanas.

You'll assist in planning, organizing, executing, training and leadership, necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety of all food and beverage venues. Driving revenue, training, upsell initiatives while controlling labor will be a constant focus.

We do require that you have a background, consisting of eight years extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen management within a large hotel and/or resort environment. Minimum five years of experience as a general manager or food and beverage director within a restaurant or food and beverage venue.
