Salary $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details


  • Monitor and analyze trends, develop the F&B business plan, and implement production, productivity, quality, and guest-service strategies
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing sanitation and quality standards and procedures, and complying with regulations
  • Luxury Hotel - Resort Experience is a must
  • Relocation is availiable for the right candidate
  • Provide strategic leadership and direct the activities of the Food & Beverage Department in support of company goals and standards
  • Develop and adhere to F&B budgets, control expenses, and create efficient schedules

  • Coordinate, supervise, and direct all food and beverage operations to maintain profitability and high-quality products and service levels


Requirements


  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, prioritize and organize work assignments, and understand financial information and data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related training equivalent
  • Experience within luxury brand/markets
  • Luxury Hotel/Resort experience
