Job Description
TITLE - Director of Emergency Department


Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403, United States


Note: Applicant must be resident of the USA or Green Card Holder.


TRAVEL REQUIRED - Travel Not Required


VISA SUPPORT - No visa sponsorships supported


SALARY MAXIMUM - $138,000.00


SIGNING BONUS - Yes


BONUS DESCRIPTION - $15,000 sign-on bonus/relocation


RELOCATION PACKAGE - Partial


Must-Haves


  • Certifications: ACLS required upon hire
  • Arizona State Registered RN License
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in ED and at least 1 year in upper management acute care hospital setting
  • Bachelor's degree required


Nice-To-Haves


  • 3 or more years' experience managing an ED in a critical care hospital with 150+



Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. This is a Leadership position which assures the delivery in excellence of patient care.


Overseeing 24 licensed beds, 28,000 average annual visits, 31 full time employees.
