Job Description
Must-Haves


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Emergency Department (ED), with at least 3 years in upper management within an acute care hospital setting.
  • Certifications such as krixona State Registered RN License required upon hire.


Nice-To-Haves


  • 7 or more years of experience managing an ED in a critical care hospital.



  • The role involves directing the department's activities and resources to achieve both departmental and organizational objectives. This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a staff of 19 full-time employees.
  • Overseeing a team of 3 licensed nurses and an average of 4,000 annual ED visits.
