Director Of E-Commerce Jobs

We are seeking a full time Director of ecommerce. This is a new position with our growing department and organization.

The Director of eCommerce oversees the company's ecommerce strategy and execution on the Big Commerce platform. You will accelerate web sales, establish a long-term e-commerce strategy, and identify needed resources. The Director achieves revenue and profit goals, recommends CMS optimization and UX design, tracks and reports on performance, and collaborates with department leaders to execute enterprise growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute ecommerce sales/marketing campaigns
• Identify new ecommerce opportunities
• Work with marketing, sales, and customer service
• Manage 3rd party relationships
• Optimize UX for better shopping experience
• Maintain performance marketing experience
• Drive ecommerce revenue and manage costs
• Build and develop subject matter experts
• Experienced in web analytics and with tools such as GA4 and Marketo preferred.
• Assist with cross-functional tasks and projects as needed.
• Lead ecommerce team to hit sales targets
• Manage and analyze ecommerce KPIs, report to Executive Team
• Establish long-term ecommerce roadmap
• Implement SEO/SEM best practices and test new strategies

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technology and advanced analytics
• Proven leadership in large ecommerce projects
• Strong leadership skills, ability to define and solve complex problems
• Knowledge and experience with Big Commerce platform, preferably in B2B or Replacement Parts ecommerce sales
• Strong analytical skills, experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
• Experience with ecommerce technology, including CMS, order management, fulfillment, and catalog
• Thorough understanding of business practices and principles
