***This role sits in the middle of all of the departments with at least 50% of their time focused on strategic efforts.***

- The Director of Customer Support/ Client Services leads a centralized customer support team to manage customer program and account contract compliance, customer engagement, retention, and CRM optimization.
- MUST HAVE cross functional project management experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- MUST HAVE very strong collaborative style.
- Serve as quarterback on process improvements and cross functional projects.
- Manage call center metrics and pricing policy execution.
- Technical support training, KPI establishment, and business/financial acumen are REQUIRED.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE:
A Bachelor's degree
AND
10+ years of strategic customer service and/or sales support leadership experience.
