Director Of Fsqa Jobs

The Judge Group is seeking a Director of FSQA for a large Manufacturing group in Michigan.

This person will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies and programs relating to food safety, quality assurance and sanitation. They will also drive production process and technology continuous improvement initiates while being a hands-on leader in the plant and with department leaders.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Sr. Management or Director level leadership within Food Manufacturing
• Dairy or Beverage operations a plus
• Private-label a plus
• Experience with onboarding, training and developing department leaders
• Oversight of KPI's
• Previous experience executing continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing operational performance, root cause problem solving, working with c-level leadership on profitability of the organization
• Successful experience working with regulators and auditors
• Black belt certifications preferred
• Bachelors degree in Food Science or related science or engineering discipline. Masters a plus
• Experience working with product development/R&D
• Hands-on leadership
• Strong experience with SQF
