We have a remote Client Services Director role covering the North American territory (US & Canada) for digital agency, Orange Line, based in Sydney, Australia.
You will be based in California or west coast of the United States/Canada, to accommodate workable time zones with Australia. We are looking for a dynamic experienced Client Services Director, who has a digital media agency background. Digital media, SEO and SEM knowledge is essential.

The Role
Orange Line want a highly experienced and motivated Client Services Director to join their digital marketing agency. As the Client Director, you will manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with the agency's senior leadership team and cross-functional departments to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that achieve client goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new services, products, or business development opportunities.
- Be an ambassador for the business, connecting across external/internal networks to deliver value by building a good reputation in the industry.
- Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet performance expectations and deliver high-quality work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Acting as the primary point of contact for all communication with their leadership and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Producing case study work that can be leveraged to win new business
- Collaborate with the agency's senior leadership team and cross-functional departments to develop proposals, project plans, and budget estimates that meet client needs and expectations.
- Establish client KPIs and monitor Orange Line’s performance against them.
- Identifying opportunities for our client to leverage current and emerging digital technology to improve customer experiences and drive sales
- Providing problem-solving direction to achieve high-quality client outcomes and leads executive-level clients and colleagues through ambiguity to deliver results.
Practical experience:
- Design and delivery of innovative and bold solutions
- Extensive project direction and management experience
- Demonstrable experience in developing new business
- Agile and able to adjust thinking as the space changes rapidly
- 10 + years of experience in digital strategy in a senior role with extensive experience in one or more of the sectors we work in, including (Financial Services, Big Pharma, E-Commerce, Marketplaces & Directories)
- Broad understanding of contemporary and emerging digital technologies with previous experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Professional services experience working with senior executives, C-Suite, and Board members
