The Director of Business Development will also engage in campus life, build rapport with students and families, and assist with extracurricular activities, just as all other staff members do. The Director of Business Development would be expected to be involved with all functions of the school’s activities and special events.

The Director of Business Development will also be a member of one of the four iconic “houses” at RCA and stay involved as appropriate in being a booster and encourager of this sub-group of students.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

· Demonstrated success in identifying and closing business deals, driving revenue growth, and achieving targets.

· Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and develop innovative solutions.

· Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Willingness to travel as needed
