Director of Asset Management:

The Director of Asset Management is responsible for managing and executing value-add business plans on real estate investments, ensuring properties are maximizing performance, values, and return on investment.

Responsibilities:

•Ensure execution of business plans pertaining to existing and prospective assetsthrough leasing, expense control, and implementation/completion of capital improvements as well as completion of some light development projects.

•Interface withmunicipalitiesto secure necessary permits, business licenses, etc.

•Refine and implement team goals and objectives to maximize the long-term health of the portfolio and drive superior financial performance.

•Manage relationships with third-party management agents to meet goals, build annual budgets and oversee capital assessments and improvements.

•Oversee property performance, review financial statements, prepare quarterly forecasts and generate reports for senior leadership.

•Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

•Oversee property and portfolio compliance requirements to ensure 100% compliance and that deadlines are consistently met.

•Manage due diligence processes on new acquisitions.

•Support in the disposition process as asset managed projects are monetized.

Qualifications:

•Minimum ofbachelor’sdegree with a concentration in real estate, finance, business, or accounting.

•At least 7 years of experience in industrial real estate or other related fields.

•Supervisory experience required.

•Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with knowledge of real estate accounting principles.

•Excellent judgement, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.

•Ability to work in afast-pacedenvironment.

•High-energy team player that is a self-starter and can work proactively with limited supervision.

•Strong ethics and integrity.

•Understanding of approval and permitting processes.
