Job Description

Acasa Residential, a real estate private equity firm and subsidiary of Lexington Park Group, is seeking an Asset Management Associate to join its team, which is focused on building a best-in-class single-family rental portfolio in the Southeastern US. The Asset Management Associate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the residential real estate investment process. The role will be based in Orlando, FL.


The Asset Management Associate’s primary job responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with property managers to compile reporting data and understand key drivers of asset performance including occupancy, pricing, and competitive supply trends
  • Preparing institutional-quality reports and presentations for distribution to senior management, equity partners, and lenders
  • Creating and maintaining portfolio and project-level financial models to assess and compare the historical and projected performance of assets to underwriting
  • Monitoring portfolio and asset-level operating and financial performance and providing recommendations to maximize the performance of each asset
  • Managing existing lender relationships (including completing loan draw requests and compiling reporting information required by lenders)


The Asset Management Associate will also assist the team by:

  • Analyzing and underwriting new investment opportunities including ground-up developments and the acquisition of existing assets
  • Conducting research on target markets including competitive, economic, and demographic analyses to support the firm’s residential investment mandate


The candidate must have:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong work ethic and the desire to work in an intense, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in a quantitative or finance field; real estate asset management experience is strongly preferred
