Position Summary:

The Director, Marketing & Communications will lead the marketing team in the development and execution of the Company’s global go-to-market commercialization strategy. In this capacity, the individual will frequently interact with the Company’s customers and the senior executive team.

Essential Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that addresses key customers and stakeholders (physicians, patients, hospitals, payors, partners, employees, investors)

•Work with commercial leaders and the global commercial teams on lead generation activities and provide actionable information and resources to support customer engagement

•Develop and refine Stereotaxis’ go-to-market commercial strategy including new product launch plans, sales targeting strategy, product positioning, public relations strategy, and branding

•Collaborate with the rest of Marketing team and Commercial leadership on company-wide commercialization initiatives such as innovation strategy, clinical/economic messaging, marketing informatics, presence at industry conferences, and marketing communications

•Support executive presentations and special marketing/business analysis as required by company executive leadership team

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or related specialties highly preferred

•5-7+ years prior commercial marketing and/or medical device industry, biotech, or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred

•Proven track record developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications plans preferred

•Strong customer orientation, result oriented, strategic, and able to work well in a team setting

•Legally authorized to work in the United States
