Summary
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is a member of the Marketing Team reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications and DE&I. They will primarily work with the Marketing, Sales, People and Support Department teams as well as Operations subject matter experts (SMEs).
On a day-to-day basis, they will be responsible for social media, The Grove—Sevan’s intranet, awards submissions and press releases, tradeshow coordination, internal communications, reporting, content generation, content calendar, swag store, newsletters, Sevan HQ monitor displays and other areas and projects that support the team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare content for internal and external audiences
• Must be an exceptional writer and communicator
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Build surveys for various projects
• Contribute to MarCom campaigns with consistent branding and positioning
• Work with internal stakeholders to write and prepare news stories, press releases, case studies, blog posts, presentations and other content
• Lead social media posts and tracking
• Accountable for quality control and complete, accurate and error-free deliverables for all assigned projects
• Support All Hands Calls and company Webinars
• Positively represent the Sevan brand nationally and globally

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media platforms (required) and productivity solutions like Smartsheet, MS Project, etc. (preferred).
• Ability to rapidly adopt, learn and proficiently use new software solutions is essential.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of HTML preferred.
• Minimum 4-year degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress or other CMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other CRM).
