Direct Care Worker - Hiring Immediately

About The Opportunity


  • They are dedicated to creating innovative and genuine opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • You will provide direct care services and aid to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • One of the agencies of the largest secretariat in the commonwealth of Massachusetts located in Boston, MA is currently looking for a reliable Direct Care Worker


Direct Care Worker Responsibilities


  • Maintain client confidentiality and records
  • Aid in daily living activities, such as self-care and hygiene, leisure activities, and social skills
  • Delivering medication, reporting concerns to supervisors, and providing physical assistance when necessary
  • Drive state vehicles to transport individuals to work, recreational, and other activities
  • Attend individuals’ meetings and accompany them to various appointments


Direct Care Worker Qualifications


  • Must have a valid, current driver's license
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required
  • At least 6 months of DCW experience
  • Dependable, reliable, and caring
