Digital Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern will assist the Social Media team in executing all day-to-day activities of our Social Media platforms, including posting, community management, data reporting and staying on top of the latest social media trends. As a representative of the voice of the Revance enterprise brands on social media, the person in this role should have a love for telling stories, engaging with the social community, and have an aesthetic eye for branding and visual and editorial communication. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the pharmaceutical aesthetics industry and enterprise social media marketing.

This will be a paid internship and will require 20 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage social community interactions by engaging and responding to posts and messages in a way consistent with our brand guidelines and Community Management Playbook.
• Compile social community brand guidelines violations to share with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay on top of latest social media trends and assist in ideation and creation of social media content.
• Execute our social media content in line with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with our Customer Care Team on reporting and documenting Adverse Events.
• Leverage social media to turn followers into loyal consumers.
• There will be a requirement for you to work 20 hours per week.
• Report on social marketing metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Assist in development of brand community management playbooks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and any other relevant platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Exhibit strong Social Media content creation skills
• Plus but not required- Knowledge of social media tools like Brandwatch and Sprout Social
