Job Description
What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Retirement Income Solutions Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the strategy for Seismic, Principal’s distribution enablement platform.
  • You'll partner with IT, product marketing, and compliance groups to create experiences that supports the overall digital/distribution enablement strategy.
  • You'll monitor analytics and provide input on goals for the platform and content evolution.
  • You’ll organize and maintain content within the tool, design page layouts, provide recommendations, and implement changes to help optimize the user experience.

Who You Are:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in marketing or business related field.
  • You are organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • You have excellent digital literacy, with experience in web design, photo editing and PowerPoint.
  • You have 6+ years of marketing or digital marketing experience.
  • You are an independent decision maker, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • You have experience working with Seismic.
  • You have sales or distribution enablement experience.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $77400 - $147600 / year Additional Information:

Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
