Digital Communications Representative Jobs

Responsibilities

• Refresh IPP.gov website by thoroughly reviewing the website to remove or archive outdated information and replace with new content
• Ensure completion of assigned communication plan tasks
• Record vendor webinars from approved slide-decks to place on IPP.gov
• Create how-to videos to post on website
• Attend weekly communication work group and give updates
• Cross-reference previously developed materials for a universal message and voice consistency

Project Milestones:

• All work completed by December 31
• Meet to set expectations with manager and communications consultant
• Contractor coordinates project end retrospective meeting
• Weekly check-in with IPP manager and communications consultant

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of a video-production platform (e.g., Camtasia, Captivate, etc.) to create tutorials
• Experience with Sitecore or similar content management system preferred.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Outstanding collaboration and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
