Digital Analyst, Junior Jobs

Key Role:

Support the business through customer experience measurement. Apply descriptive and diagnostic digital analysis techniques to understand customer journeys based on audience insights and behavior. Analyze a mix of digital channels for their effectiveness and understand what questions can be answered through analytics reporting platforms, including web analytics, organic search, site surveys, digital listening, and heatmaps. Evaluate data sets to identify anomalies or areas of opportunity to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Share measurement guidance with stakeholders to be used as a framework to identify goals, objectives, key performance indicators, targets, and actions that inform reporting efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web analytics tools
• Knowledge of digital analytics to analyze customer behaviors and preferences
• Experience with the development of goals, objectives, and key performance indicators in relation to measurement plans
• Knowledge of programming languages, to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets, including SQL, Python, SPSS, SAS, or R
• Experience with digital dashboard development, including HubSpot Marketing Hub or Tableau
• Experience with customer experience management software, including Medallia or Qualtrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with analyzing customer survey responses
• Possession of excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills, to communicate suggestions and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks, and communicate availability and status to project leads
• Experience with digital marketing and digital strategy
• Possession of excellent qualitative and quantitative analytics skills
• Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
