Diesel Agricultural Mechanic Jobs

Gpac is working with a well-respected Ag operation that is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of a Shop Mechanic. Excellent communication skills a must. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 2 years management experience or a combination of 5 years Ag diesel repair and service management. Very competitive pay and benefits.

Shop Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance and repairs on equipment is done timely and accurately
• Repairs ag equipment and diesel engines
• Ensures that shop is equipped with the necessary tools and service equipment is available and maintained in good working order
• Work in a team dynamic

Shop Mechanic Requirements:

• 3+ years Diesel Tech/Mechanic or Heavy Duty Diesel repair setting
• High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
