Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the center's resources, including people, facility, infrastructure and software tools to ensure that operations are carried out smoothly.
  • Management and oversight of the entire operations of the centre includes the center's team of managers, leads, and staff.
  • Provide the leadership to the staff members and creating a positive and productive work environment with a focus on Employee Welfare and Engagement
  • Ensuring that the center complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Comprehensive Operations Management, Infrastructure Management and achieving highest levels of Efficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that the center is meeting their needs.
  • Promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the center.
Experience & Education
  • Positive, energetic, passionate, business environment with management who committed to your success.
  • A demonstrated ability to implement, monitor the policy and process compliance and more importantly build consensus among many stakeholders.
  • Minimum 15 plus years of experience, with technology leadership experience in the IT industry, as well as strong leadership, communication, and management skills
  • Strong Team with Visionary leadership with demonstrable competency in strategic planning & management
  • Excellent understanding and insights of the software engineering organizations leveraging lean/agile methodologies.
