We are seeking a fun and collaborative Design Support Specialist to join our K2United team.
About You
You’re passionate about developing materials that help others learn new skills and enjoy working in a creative and collaborative environment. At a minimum, you have:
- An ability to write clearly and be able to concisely summarize content.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn tools such as Audacity, and Microsoft Office
Your Impact
As a Design Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in our organization’s growth by contributing to the development of our training products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Timely completion of tasks
- Contributing to cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication regarding content, timelines, and deliverables.
- Supporting continuous improvement of design support processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
- Supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) by helping set up course assessments, media, and prerequisites, as well as assisting with defect reporting.
- Ensuring a seamless learner experience by assisting with linking assessment questions to appropriate modules and configuring modules with the necessary prerequisites.
- Collaborating on the development of informative and accessible supplemental training materials that align with learning objectives and adhere to style guides.
- Assisting with audio curation for web-based training courses, including aligning narrator scripts, placing audio markers, and helping verify narrator invoices.

Hours Required and Hourly Rate
$16.20+ per hr
